We couldn’t eat it

Unfortunate this sauce isn’t wonderful. It has a sour taste and leaves an artificial flavour in your mouth. It would be okay when you add more cream or cheese perhaps.

Carbonara is not that difficult to make ans when made fresh it aways tastes a lot better than this jar sauce and can be made to be healthier whilst retaining flavour.

I find this sauce might be better suited for a tuna bake pasta sauce as it’s a bit too sour for a carbonara pasta sauce.

Unfortunately this is not a great sauce, it has an additive in it, possibly like a vinegar that i am assuming is there to make the cream shelf life longer, but that taste comes through, and it is not very pleasant. I think Leggo’s needs to re-invent this sauce.

i used this sauce with chicken breast and asparagus it had a creamy texture but needed extra flavour so i added Parmesan cheese to give it some taste .

OMG, I do not have words to say ow bad this product is. Maybe we had a bad one. But this was like lump mayonnaise with a weird taste added to it, and something like a garlic aftertaste. Horrid. Never agian.
