These are just coloured pickled onions but makes the kids eat them and makes a sandwich much brighter and entising to eat looks lovely in a salad too

I have always loved pickled onions. Not sure the colour gives it any different flavour it’s just a look. I have 1 of 3 kids now eating them and he loves these fun little spicy onions. Great crunch and taste.
