    If you check on their website, it says its pasteurised, meaning they kill all the bacteria including the good bacteria. I mistakenly bought this for its probiotic benefits only to find out that it didn’t have any. Still tasted good though.

    This is a family staple especially during autumn/winter months. I cooked corn beef and I used this meat to make family dinners- (sandwich press and jaffles.. I added whole grain mustard on sandwiches sliced cheese sauerkraut & corn beef..

    I love Sauerkraut! Its a perfect accompaniment with German pork sausages in a fresh bread bun. Sauukerkraut is also a super healthy snack on its own.

    Sandhurst have made a great product here and I love to buy this and add it to salad rolls, eat it straight from the jar, or to go alongside pork or other main parts of a meal. good depth of flavour and i think it is meant to be good for gut health too – although am not 100percent sure of this

    I enjoy eating fermented food. So good for our gut. This sauerkraut is perfect to eat by itself, add to a sandwich or as side dish. It keeps very well in the fridge and it has a very good price too.

    We love to use this sauerkraut when I’m not able to make it myself. Super healthy and good for your gut. I love that’s in a pot and not in a tin with BPA lining. A pot is also easier to close when you don’t use itcall in once.

    Loved this sauerkraut – finely sliced and just the perfect taste especially if gently warmed in apple juice and with a smattering of caraway seeds stirred through it. Wonderful with roast pork or with rookwurst sausage and mashed potatoes.
