I know brown rice is much better for us than white rice so I try to incorporate it into our meals as much as I can. I find the Sunrice brown rice with low GI has a great flavour and it is easy to digest. It cooks up well and is great in hot or cold dishes.
I use a lot of brown Sunrice rice. Great flavour and a nice healthy substitute to white rice as it has such a Low GI rating. I always cook extra as my kids like to eat it on its own as an after school snack.
