I found this had a strange texture. The rice in particular was a bit rubbery and I didn’t particularly like the egg. Not something I’d eat again.

This is not bad as a side dish. I don’t know if I liked it because it was egg fried rice. I found the taste to be a little bit plasticy.

The Uncle Bens Express Microwave Egg Fried Rice is quick and easy to prepare and tastes great. The Egg fried rice is great on its own or with meat/veggies added to make it a more complete meal. Great snack.
