This is my favourite type of pasta shape, it’s so versatile. This pasta cooks well and doesn’t clog up and get stuck together. When following the recommend time on the pack it cooks it al dente.

This is a tasty pasta to use for a change from Spaghetti. Holds sauce really well and cooks up well. Especially good for bakes!
