Make sure you find a good cut! Some can be fatty! But with a good one slow cooked in the over for 2 1/2 hours it just fell apart served with a salad a great summer meal

I often buy one of these when we have a barbecue, they’re awesome on the barbie! I’ve also cooked them in my slow cooker and are delicious this way too. Very tasty, very tender and very enjoyable
