Love a good roast and this beef roast doesn’t fail. The mix of thyme and black pepper goes well. Easy to cook, depending on weight amount of cooking time. Serve with baked vegetables and some gravy for the weekly roast. The meat is tender, carves easily and tastes great.

A really easy roast to make, handy instructions on the packet. A great flavour for the whole family, really soft meat and great the next day on sandwiches. It is a little expensive but considering the price of other roasts, it’s not too bad.

I have got this about 3 times, but would buy it more often if it wasn’t so expensive. It’s really delicious and if you like pepper it’s ideal as there is plenty on there . The cooking instructions are on the back and are a bit hard to read as they are so small. The meat is really tender and falls apart when you slice it. I think it might be the same cut of beef as silverside as it looks the same and has the same texture. Really nice as a treat for a roast and makes nice sandwiches the next day if there is any leftovers.
