    Fillet is steak cut from the tenderloin.
    A delicious melt in the mouth flavour. Very expensive and only eaten on very special occasions here but every mouth full is savoured.
    We like our fillet cooked on very high heat for 3-4 minutes either side., and with a pink middle, juicy and tender. Oh sooo yummm.
