    We buy a fair bit of Aussie Beef Rump steaks. It is a bit cheaper of a cut, but still a delicious cut. Flavour can be right up there. Great for the barbie, but I also love using it in stews and casseroles.

    I love this Australian Beef Rump Steak. I find it to be good quality and fairly priced. Cooked on the bbq, in a pan or in the air fryer, either way it tastes great!

    I buy this rump once a week as a treat and it’s really tender. It costs less then porterhouse and fillet and there’s nothing wrong with it. I always cook mine on the griddle and get the nice criss cross pattern and a charred flavour. Sometimes I freeze it and it still tastes just as nice.

    with a light fat layer imparting a delicious flavour, I find this MSA rump to be easy to cook, melt-in-your-mouth. I lightly season mine with some dried rosemary, thyme and salt. I then cook the fat layer for a couple mins to get a little sear and crunch before cooking the rest. Even my little boy asks for more!
