    This is really nice fish, and reasonably inexpensive. We often buy this and make it into burgers and it’s really tasty. The fillets are a good size and thickness and cook up really well.

    If I can’t have Aussie fish, next best is New Zealand. Hoki is a favourite of ours. The fillets are always cut nicely. Easy to cook, I normally coat light with seasoned flour, fry in a small amount of oil. Have also tried, wrapping in foil with some lemon, pop into the oven and cooks quickly. A lovely texture fish, holds together nicely. Well worth the money.
