    My children and I have both tried this and the salmon fillets taste so incredible. I love crunching on the crispy skin after I have pan fried them. It was a perfect meal for our seafood Friday night dinner.

    If you like your Atlantic Salmon you will love De Costi Tasmanian Salmon Fillets. Great quality and flavour and really easy when cooking to get some nice crispy skin. Have never found any bones or scales, nice clean fish ready to cook.

    I don’t buy this often due to the price, but am happy to purchase for special occasions. Always goes down a treat whether a main meal or as an appetiser. A real hit

    The best part of the salmon is the belly, and with the skin on, you can pan fry the salmon on all sides (do the skin part last) to get a crispy outer sear while the inside is juicy and flaky. MM great with mash too!
