Nice and thin salmon slices that are so nice on some crackers. I use in sandwiches and wraps too with some salad and its very nice.

Te Ocean Blue Salmon is the best I have tried. It is smokey but not overly so it overtakes the salmon flavour. Great to cook with as well.

I eat this all the time..but one thing I love doing is serving them up for guests on a thin tiny pancake base, a Dollop of taramasalata, then I cut the salmon, curl it and add a few snippets of cut chives…is a lovely canapé, that I find really enjoy. This salmon is consistently fresh and of good quality!

This is really good smoked salmon. All the packs I have bought have not had any bones amongst the slices (which you can get with cheaper packs). The salmon is sliced quite thinly which is good for crackers. It is a shame that you get so little in each pack. One pack is never enough.
