These whiting fillets are great I use them pan fried and in fish curries they are versatile tasty and defrost really well great value especially when on sale

For frozen fish, I find this feels very nutritious. The quality seems very high. I eat it every day for lunch. The packet says no preservatives.

I get Birds Eye Ocean Selection Whiting Fillets all the time. They are great for the kids because they’re not only delicious but I haven’t come across a bone in them yet. They’re a bit small for adults, but still delicious.
