Tiger prawns are a Christmas Day tradition for us. We love them but hate that the price isn’t always jacked up right before Christmas. Very tasty and needs to be fresh tho
Used these to make kebabs for the BBQ. So easy and tasty. peeled them and threaded onto a kebab stick with a clove of garlic and green capsicum between each prawn. really good for the seafood lovers at a BBQ. And easy. Only time consuming part was peeling the green prawns.
