These lamb cutlets are so delicious. The meat is so tender and tasty. It’s a shame that they are quite expensive as I would certainly eat them more often if they were a little cheaper.

These are a treat in my house considering the price, but they are my favourite cut of meat. Coles do really really good ones with all the fat trimmed off.

Lamb cutlets are been around forever and they have just got better and better. We always cook them on the BBQ with beautiful olive oil and some salt. Absolutely delicious!

Lamb cutlets are our go to dinner on a weeknight – they are usually a treat though as they are quite expensive but go so well with mash potato, quinoa salads or even pasta! Love them with a bit of a spice rub on them as well.

Lamb cutlets are a regular meal in our home because they taste so good and are easy to cook.They are expensive and it’s wise to stock up when either Safeway or Coles have them on special.We have them with veggies,chips and gravy and it is a delicious meal.A 5 out of 5 rating!

I only purchase cutlets when on special as I feel they are quite expensive. But in saying that we do enjoy them from time to time and I prefer to crumb them my -self. Cutlets are often called chops with a handle..they are perfect for children that can eat/chew meat as the child can hold the cutlet in their hand and chew around the bone. Easy, tasty and delicious and great to celebrate Australia Day.
