    I use Australian Pork Mince Heart Smart more than I use beef mince. I use it in a variety of Italian recipes that require mince (great in spaghetti bolognese), and for making meat leaf or meat balls (50/50 or 75/25 pork/beef). So versatile and a much lighter option than beef.

    I like to use this mince when making meatballs. I mix it 50/50 with beef mince and it makes a more interesting tasting meatball that’s a bit lighter. I also make a pork meatloaf wrapped in bacon and it’s really tasty. The meat holds together well and there is hardly any fat.
