These are just so firm and plump and a great texture, very tasty on their own but so great in table salads or veggie salads and in pasta sauces.

Sicilian olives are my favourite because they are firm and not as oily as the other olives you usually get. Plus they are also great in a martini!

Had these today as part of a delicious antipasto lunch. I love Sicilian olives and these were no exception. They are a firm bitter olive, that goes especially well with hot ciabatta bread! I’m used to the taste, as I’ve been eating these, since I was s kid..but some might find them a little bitter/strong in taste.
