I always purchase bertocchi ham royal mini leg for christmas. I dont normally buy big amounts of ham as i have a small family and dont like to waste food. Xmas is a different story though, we have all of our family come over so its fantastic because we never waste any ham. We all enoy.

We are only a small family, so a huge Leg Ham is normally wasted on us. However, having spotted these Mini ones, we were delighted that as well as cooking well and tasting awesome, we had no wastage at all.

I first bought one of these fir our Christmas meal as we are a small family and don’t require a full leg ham. It is superb! Easy to carve as there’s no bone, smoked to perfection with a slight sweetness. I now buy on a regular basis as it’s so delightful
