    These are so versitile. Sometimes i marinate and have them on the bbq. Sometimes i flatten and we have schnitzel. Or we cut it up for stirfrys. Always good. Lean and super cheap

    I use these to make my favourite dish, Tonkatsu. It’s essentially a deep fried cutlet so it is essential I use a healthy no fat pork. Oven baking it is my other alternative for an ultra healthy meal.

    We have these pork loin Medallions quite often in my house. They are very lean with zero fat and when cooked on the BBQ are just lovely.
