A lovely pork loin that cooks really well and retains its tender juicy texture. Plenty of juice for gravy too. Probably too small for a family but for a couple – the perfect size.

For a pretty exspensive roast meat I was expecting to feed 5 not 2 but by time it was done i had more then enough liquid to make a bucket of gravey but not enough meat for all the gravey.

goes great in the oven and is a great piece of meat slow cooked or chopped to be put in a slow cooked meal or stir fry

I love this Roast Pork Loin Boneless meat. My oven is really bad but I still manage to get yummy roast pork with this cut. Easy to cook, easy to carve and you can add any flavour you want.
