I love this pork shoulder for slow cooker recipes. Its cheap and feeds a crowd. It’s sleazy to just throw in a slow cooker and let it cook until the meat is shredded.
I love cooking roasts especially roast pork. I love crackle! I personally find the shoulder more juicy. It’s so filling, so yummy and all the oils and fats from the tray make a lovley gravy.
This is the lightest colour cut of pork and the tastiest. It is our favourite in the camp oven. We cook one at least once a month and the left over pork always goes to making a fried rice the next night.
i love buying this, it tastes amazing when cooked in slow cooker! so moist and tender and great for making pulled pork. such a versatile cut of meat that i will continue to buy
