We love having this on some nice toasted sourdough along with some Butter and mustard. One of my wife’s favourite things to eat. Really tasty.

Bertocchi mortadella is a nice tasting meat we use for lunches with salad in bread or rolls.The olives makes a delicious taste to the meat and we love it!

I like making mortadella sandwiches but it’s bland by itself. I like making them with a slice of cheese, tomato sauce and homemade pickled cucumber. Very delicious.

I’m not sure what it is about this particular mortadella but Mr 3 refuses to eat any other type of mortadella. It has to be the olives!

Delicious mortadella! Always tastes fresh! We get it with olives for variation. I ask the deli staff to cut it nice and thin! Beautiful in a fresh roll.
