This is a good mid range prosciutto. Doesn’t have the maximum flavour you’ll find in a prosciutto. Goes decently well on a cheese board with your other favourites.

These slices are absolutely flawless and I am a big fan of the rindless feature of this particular cut of meat – great for so many meals.

Adding these to a platter always impresses my guests. Something a little more fancy to enjoy and tastes delicious too. Will buy these again although can be expensive

I liked that this prosciutto is rindless – nothing worse than having to chew or pull off rind. It tasted good with brie on crackers but I prefer prosciutto thinner so it doesn’t overpower and is easier to present or serve (think grissini or rockmelon).

We always use this brand for our prosciutto wrapped chicken dish and it’s delicious. Lots of salty goodness! I find the quality of this product better than a lot of the others.

Bertocchi Prosciutto Serrano Rindless with crackers is absolutely delicious and a definite crowd pleaser all year round. I am not good at fiddly food so this is very easy and I take it everywhere, it is gone within minutes.

Although this Prosciutto tastes pretty good I found a little too thick for Prosciutto and much prefer to get mine from the Deli as you can choose how thick you want your slices.

Had this Prosciutto the first time recently and it was rather nice. Served it wrapped around some lovely Asparagus and the two seemed to go well together.
