I find that putting it in the microwave before I put it on my pizza gets some of the oil out so the pizza stays unsoggy. I love the flavour and the heat but I can only eat it in small doses or the fat gets a bit much.

I love this brand, pretty much all they make. But for this salami sopressa hot it’s not the case. The salami is not bad but I find it too fatty. Salami is always fatty, but for this one mouth feel quite greasy after eating. I guess I would just use it for cooking, always mixed with something else.

I have only just recently come across this salami and what a great flavour it has. We now use it in sandwiches, on it own or with crackers as a snack or if we have visitors over.

A nice tasting hot salami which goes well in a crusty roll or for antipasto. I think it could be hotter but overall very flavorful.

I absolutely love Sopressa salami, both mild and hot. We love on a toast, but quite often end up eating it on its own or with few crackers while watching TV.

Bertocchi hot sopressa salami is a lovely tasting salami that is full of flavour.Great on pizza’s and l like the hot taste.l use it in lunch sandwiches with mustard,yum!
