This is a delish salami. The garlic and fennel are very complimentary to the meat, gives it a unique savoury flavour. Very nice accompanied with some hard cheese and something pickled.

I love fennel and garlic, so this is super yummy for me. Unfortunately my husband doesnt feel the same way and thinks the flavour is odd

A delicious salami and the garlic is a tasty yet subtle flavour. However, the fennel isn’t to my liking so I won’t be buying this one again.

The flavour of this salami is amazing. Good quality ingredients make for a delicious sandwich filler or a nice add to a deli / grazing platter. This doesn’t last long and is normally gone once opened
