This is great pancetta. The flavour is delicious and there is quite enough fat so that it is salty but not too much that it is too hard to chew

I love pancetta! It has a lovely unique flavour! I like to add it to pizzas as well as rolls, sandwiches and wraps m. It is a very salty meat, so I’m careful not to add additional salt.
