This oil is one I try to always have in the medicine cabinet as they provide fairly effective and immediate relief for discomfort and pain when required1

So many uses with for this peppermint oil. I use it for tea but also in an oil burner for a nice scent. Also nice to use in the fabric softener for washing

Used to scent a hot water steam for blocked nose which I found helpful, and recently read that it may be a natural repellent for insects, so have been using this, with less toxic smell. Nice in scented oil/candle burner too.

I have been trying to cut sugar from my diet. I carry a bottle of this in my handbag, when I have a sugar craving, I simply open the bottom and breathe. Craving over. Lovely in tea too or jus hot water for a peppermint hit
