  • Ingham's Turkey

    5 out of 5

Ingham’s turkey is such a good alternative meat to use in a number of recipes. We like to use it in tacos, pasta meals and other dishes. Turkey has a good taste and is a healthier alternative for our family.

  • Healthier Alternative

I love turkey mince, it is a great healthier alternative to beef mince when making sausage rolls or meatball for example.. It has a great taste but don’t forget to season.

  • Nice mince

This mince doesn’t dry out like the red meat minces can. I use it when making pasties, mixed with veges. I do prefer a beef mince for pasta sauces though.

  • Tasty

I really enjoy the turkey mince from Ingram’s. Lots of flavour and great for meat balls or spag bowl. I do prefer the lean mince tho

Great for meatballs. Tastes nice and came together to cook really well. They were a winner with the whole family and great for wine nights with the girls

  • Turkey Bolognese

I’m not a huge fan of turkey but, seeing as it is supposed to be better for you than other meats, I thought I’d give it a go. I made Spag Bol with it and it wasn’t too bad at all … probably wouldn’t use it for much else though …

  • Weight loss secret

    5 out of 5

This was my weight loss secret weapon for snacks. Dump this in a bowl. Put a giant or two giant tablespoons of red thai paste. Some chopped coriander and mix around. Then just make into patties and cook. The mixture is sloppy but trust me. It binds itself together you dont need breadcrums. I brown both sides and finish in the oven to ensure they are cooked through. Eat it as a protein snack. Or in a salad. Or with rice and veggies

  • Different

I bought that as turkey is often cheaper than chicken. It has a really different taste though depending on how you use it (rice chow mein). Much drier than chicken though

I have used this turkey mince many, many times. I think it is a good replacement for beef mince (it browns up nicely, unlike other turkey mince I’ve tried) and I beieve it is lower in fat!
