Love this when it’son special. Always served with ice and a wedge of fresh lemon form the tree. Sometimes the kids love a dash of cranberry juice with mineral water for a refreshing and fairly healthy drink.

There are a few nice mineral water brands and this is one of them. The best one I have tried is still the good old cheap Woolies brand

I had 2 HG pregnancies where I was very ill. I couldn’t hold down tap water, but I could drink fizzy water with abandon and it would stay down. Since having the children, I find that while I enjoy tap water, I can enjoy the carbonated water instead of a sweet, fizzy drink and still feel like I’ve enjoyed a sweet fizzy drink. Something to do with the bubbles I think. The schweppes brand are known for their fizz and their Natural Mineral Water is exceptionally bubbly!
