Delicious !! love the multi grain ones adds more flavour topped sweet or savoury , makes a great snack or meal for anyone but i like it because it’s filling and low in calories.

I always buy up big when these are $1 at coles. So handy for a snack or to add some carbs to a meal. As long as you seal them back up they last ages
