I use soy milk for my personal health needs, and this soy milk is regularly on sale and tastes great for soy milk. I mix it in smoothies

I love the taste and for a long life that is light it isn’t watery or bland. I even get the small fruitbox sized ones to take when I go out to friends houses for coffee

This is tasty to have as an alternative to regular milk and I generally enjoy it. However I was very disappointed that they no longer make the fat free version.

When my lil bub wasnt accepting cow’s milk at 13 months, the doc suggestd i try Soy, so i tried this one and my son was able to digest this one. Its ‘lite’ on the tummy even for adults.

Dairy addict that had to go off dairy with both sons when born. So good soy milk was a great substitute, nice taste and froths really well in coffee (was ver surprised). The lite version allowed me to still have my daily coffee without worry that im consuming too many calories to shed those extra baby kgs!
