The nuts did get a large boost from the honey, which really saved this from being a flop in my opinion. Still, it’s nutritious, and it contains walnuts and other nuts, which add to the flavor.

These are a nice change to to bars that contain lots of fruit. It is a shame that my kids are not allowed nuts at school as I think these would be a nice filling recess. They are probably a touch sugary to be an everyday snack though.
