These are a cheap option that passes the bar when you’re down to the wire & let’s face it we’ve all been there. Are there better/healthier options? Yep. These are high in sugar but the kids like the flavour & atleast they get some protein & fibre too.

I usually steer clear of Coles and Woolworths brand products, I prefer to buy Australian, support the locals etc. And these are one of the main ‘against’ reasons. These brands are usually cheap take offs, packed full of sugar and other blah. Not good at all
