A fantastic classic Vienna Eclair, so fresh tasting and lots of flavour too. Really impressed with these, and totally recommend them. High quality biscuit and great tasting ingredients

I tried Kez’s vienna eclair cookies for a family aftenoon tea. They were light and floury, very very sweet but they are a sometimes food and were lovely for a snack. The chocolate and jam complemented the biscuit mix perfectly!
