Wasn’t a fan untill I had to go dairy free. Oreo original is vegan friendly and perfect for those chocolate bikkie cravings. Kids devour them and I like that I can trick them and they think they are getting 2 if i split it! Also works well as a cheesecake base without the addition of butter and the cream centre binds it.

  • Family likes them

    3.5 out of 5

My family enjoys Oreos for their eye catching package and overall taste, however I cannot stand the greasy feeling in the mouth after consuming them, I believe it contains shortening which does this.

  • Pregnancy craving

    4.5 out of 5

Lived off these during my pregnancy which was definitely the reason for my atrocious weight gain! Great to dunk in cold milk while watching tv!

  • Why wouldn't you love an Oreo??

    4.5 out of 5

A great snack (treat) on its own, with a glass of milk or for a million and one dessert recipes. Imitations don’t compare and seem to lack the distinct cookie flavour.

  • Best cookie combination

    5 out of 5

Who doesn’t love chocolate and cream? Best combination, the cookie itself is good to make the base of a cheesecake too (removing the centre cream)

  • Oreo

    4 out of 5

Oreo cookies have a distinctive taste and I like them for using in baking and slices. They are also good with ice cream recipes too.

  • Who doesn't love Oreo

My daughter favourite cookies, beautiful texture, perfectly sweet and delicious. You cannot just have one…

  • Don't understand the hype

    3 out of 5

I never understood all the hype around oreos, they are not for me. I generally don’t like choc flavoured biscuits – choc coated biscuits i could eat all day, but not these. Although i do like the cream inside

  • Not bad

    3.5 out of 5

I don’t mind an Oreo but wouldn’t go out of my way to buy them if there were other options. They are great in my Oreo Cheesecake though.

  • A Classic Biscuit!

    4 out of 5

Oreo original cookie is a classic biscuit we have eating for ever and they are great dipped into your coffee or tea.Love the Oreo cookie!

  • the kids love it - me not so much!

    3 out of 5

the kids seem to be so addicted to eating these. they love eating the cream out of the middle and then snaffling up the biscuits. I find them to be too sweet for my liking and there is something a bit off with the taste but they are ok.

  • Classic! Always know what to expect.

    4 out of 5

We don’t usually keep these for snacking, more for cooking. I found a recipe for Oreo balls – like Oreo cheesecake on the inside. Dipped in chocolate! Everyone loves them!!

  • Great crushed on icecream

    3.5 out of 5

I’m not a huge fan of these straight out the packets. I find them a bit sickley, but can’t get enough of them crushed over vanilla icecream ????

  • bake with them

    4.5 out of 5

Very strange as I don’t like eating them as biscuits. Way too rich. But I make an oreo baked cheesecake which is mega awesome and tastes perfect.

  • We love them

    4.5 out of 5

I found a heap of packets of these reduced and bought the lot. My boys loved them. They like to pull them apart and eat the middle first. They have a good crunch and go very well with a cup of milk.

  • An icon

    5 out of 5

Original Oreo cookies are an icon. Best served with milk. I love taking the top cookie off and licking the cream off. Just so good
