Food standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) have issued a recall for Black and Gold mixed vegetables 1kg.
The recall has been issued due to concerns of possible microbial (Listeria monocytogenes) contamination.
The product has been available for sale in IGA, Campbells Wholesale and Independent grocery stores in Victoria, Tasmania and New South Wales (Southern outlets serviced by the Victoria distribution centre).
Listeria may cause illness in pregnant women and their unborn babies, the elderly and people with low immune systems.

FSANZ also recently issued a precautionary food recall of several frozen vegetable products due to the possible presence of Listeria monocytogenes.
They said, “While properly cooked frozen vegetables will be safe to eat, the risk to vulnerable populations of eating uncooked or under cooked frozen vegetables is serious.” Read more here.

ACCC have issued a recall for Woolworths Essentials Domestic Cleaner range.
Domestic Fresh and Regular 1.25L – All dates up to and including June 2019 have been recalled due to concerns the child resistant cap may be faulty.
What are the defects?
The child resistant cap may be faulty and as a result the product may leak.
What are the hazards?
Essentials Domestic Cleaner is a poisonous substance. If the product leaks it may pose a health risk to consumers and possible damage to property.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should wear gloves and immediately dispose of the contents by flushing down the sink with plenty of running water. Wipe any affected areas with a damp white cloth. Consumers need to rinse the bottle and cap with water and present the rinsed out bottle and/or a purchase receipt to any Woolworths supermarket or Metro store for a full refund.

Concerns some of the lifejackets were supplied without CO2 inflation cylinder.
Consumers should return the lifejacket to the place of purchase for a replacement product or installation of an inflation cylinder.
Bloom & Grow Australia have recalled a Skip Hop Moby Smart Sling 3-stage tub.
The product does not have a warning on the bath sling as required by safety standard.
Consumers should stop using the bath tub and contact Bloom and Grow at www.bloomandgrow.com.au with contact and purchase details for a replacement sling.
