Food standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) have issued a recall for Black and Gold mixed vegetables 1kg.

The recall has been issued due to concerns of possible microbial (Listeria monocytogenes) contamination.

The product has been available for sale in IGA, Campbells Wholesale and Independent grocery stores in Victoria, Tasmania and New South Wales (Southern outlets serviced by the Victoria distribution centre).

Listeria may cause illness in pregnant women and their unborn babies, the elderly and people with low immune systems.

Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice and should return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund. For further information: http://ow.ly/6dpy30ld9kW

  • Black & Gold products are manufactured by a major company/companies, most likely on the same equipment. Unless it is the actual packet shouldn’t the manufacturer labelled products be recalled too???
