So good!!! Tim Tam and Lamington s’mores. Get in my belly!!!!

Ingredients:

To start with you will need to grab a packet of lamingtons and a packet of Tim Tams.

Tim Tam
Jam
Marshmallow

Method:

First step is to light your camp fire of course and get ready to toast some tasty marshmallows.

Cut the lamingtons in half and spread with some jam before sandwiching a toasted marshmallow and all its gooey goodness in between. We also added some crumbled Tim Tam for some extra flavour. YUMMY.

For the Tim Tam s’mores – We tried to cut the Tim Tam in half first so it was a bit more bite size but that didn’t work very well.

So leave them full size and sandwich them together with a toasted marshmallow. So easy and yet so delicious!!!

You can also use Milk arrowroot biscuits spread with a bit of nutella if you like and then add your toasted marshmallow in between.

Or another great option as shared by one of our MoM members is 2x digestive biscuits (they already have choc on one side) and a giant marshmallow cut in half. The heat from the marshmallow melts the chocolate for some delicious goodness!

I think mint slice would be amazing too. Or a Caramel crown! Oh the options are endless.

  • Mmmm, looks a bit over indulgent. I like a toasted marshmallow though, but often burn my mouth when eating them

  • Heck, now that’s a lot of naughty together lol. Just the toasted marshmallows would do me.

  • Yum! It’s been far too long since I’ve been camping and had food cooked over the fire. Damper is fun to make too, and potatoes, wrapped in foil.

  • Looks sickly sweet, just the marshmallow for me
