This super easy 3 ingredient banana cake tastes great and is really moist.

Ingredients (makes 1 cake)

  • 5 bananas
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 cups self raising flour

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together until well combined
  2. Pour into a baking tray.
  3. Slow cook on high for 2 hours (Optional - We decorated with walnuts)

Notes

I placed mine in a baking style tray (or you could use the silicon mould style ones) in my slow cooker. I cooked on low for 2 hours but I also think it depends on your slow cooker and how it works. If it is quite powerful even on a low setting then you will need to cook it for a shorter amount of time. I checked mine every 20 minutes. My slow cooker low setting is not overly powerful.

  • What a great discovery. I love recipes with minimal ingredients! This might even be easily converted to gluten-free by just changing the flour
