This is a tasty mousse with no guilt!

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 2 Avocados
  • 100g Natural yogurt
  • 100g Thickened cream
  • 2tsp Dark Coco powder
  • 1tsp Coconut oil
  • 2tsp Honey


  1. Scoop out avocado flesh and process it with the thickened cream using a hand mixer
  2. Fold in coco powder, add honey, yogurt and oil then mix to a smooth consistency

Notes... Avocados are a great source of good oils, they are a great addition to a balanced diet...and this is a good way to get them into little tummies!
