A clean and delicious version of ice cream, guilt free! Vegan & dairy free :)


Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 3 sliced frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar

Method

  1. Sliced up 3 - 4 banana and freeze.
  2. Once your banana are frozen simply add them, along with your blueberries & vanilla extract into a blender or food processor and blend until combined and have formed an ice cream consistency!
  3. Serve in a bowl and add a sprinkle of coconut sugar on top for some added sweetness. (Optional)
