A quick, clean, yummy and healthy meal


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 160gm Beef Strips
  • 25gm Crushed Cashews
  • 5gm sesame seeds
  • 1tsp coconut oil
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp worchester sauce
  • Pinch of sea salt and pepper
  • 1-2 cups spinach
  • 3-4 sliced button mushrooms
  • 1/2 - 1 small diced capsicum
  • 1/2 - 1 cup chopped sugar snap peas

Method

  1. Add beef strips and garlic to a pan with oil and fry until beef loses most of its pink colour
  2. Add worchester sauce, sea salt and pepper
  3. Add spinach, mushrooms, capsicum and peas and cook for 1 minute
  4. Remove from heat and serve. Garnish with sesame seeds and crushed cashews

  • Looks and sounds delicious. Doesn’t seem too difficult to put together either

    • Yes it possibly would. I’m not a fan if ginger but let me know if you give it a try with some ginger :)

      It is a very tastey meal and very healthy

  • This looks beautiful. Maybe the sesame seeds could be quickly browned in a pan before tossing them in?
