This Beef Casserole will be a warm, winter crowd pleaser.

Prep Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 35 minutes Serves: 4 people

What you’ll need:

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1kg cubed Chuck Steak
  • 150g chopped Onion
  • 400g sliced Carrot
  • 400g Canned Diced Tomatoes with Herbs
  • 200ml Beef Consomme
  • 4tsp chopped Parsley

Method:

Add oil and brown meat & onion for 3 minutes. Then add carrot, tomato and consomme and stir. Seal lid and cook for 35 minutes.

Transfer to bowl/bowls and sprinkle with chopped parsley to serve.
