Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 3 Love Beets cooked beetroots
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened apple cider (or apple juice)
  • 1 cup full fat canned coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  • This looks great. Sounds interesting too.
