An incredible healthy Bircher Muesli!
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1/4 cup Rolled oats
- 2 teaspoon each Pepitas and sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon each Flaxmeal and chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon Psyllium husk
- 1 tespoon Almond flakes
- 1/2 cup Malt-free soymilk
- 1 tablespoon Full fat Greek yoghurt
Method
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and pour over soymilk. Stir in yoghurt last.
- Soak overnight.
- Serve with fresh fruits or just by itself!
Notes
This muesli takes only 5 minutes to put together the night before and you will have a gorgeous breakfast to wake up to!
