Are you looking for a no fuss pizza recipe? This is a super quick homemade pizza prepared in minutes. Instead of oregano or basil, the Vietnamese mint is a change of flavour. Using salad dressing is also a shortcut to a made from scratch version. Quick and easy!

  • Mmmmmmm, no matter what you call it, a pizza is fantabulous in any language.

  • I don’t think I’ve ever bought Vietnamese mint. I’m curious to see how it tastes on a pizza.
A lovely recipe as always, Missey!! :-)

    • Thanks lovely mom, you can find Vietnamese mint from the Asian fruit & veg shop quite easily, and they can be grown in the back yard too. Enjoy, Missey :)

    • Thank you mom. I’m usually tired when I get home from work, and need to put together something real quick so I can get some rest. This is one of those things that’s cheating (than the real pizza) but works for me and my family.
