These chocolates are great as a table centre or gift for loved ones.

Ingredients (serves 15 | makes 15 )

  • 1 bar Dark chocolate
  • 1 bar Milk chocolate with nuts
  • As needed Jam

Method

  1. Melt dark chocolate and cover bottom of mould then freeze for 5 min
  2. Add just a bit of jam or if you want any nut butter would be nice too
  3. Melt the milk chocolate and place on top of jam and freeze for about 10 min You can use sugar free or vegan chocolates if you want or need to and also can opt for no nuts in case of allergies

Notes

We love giving this as gifts and having it for when people come over because you can customise it to suit pretty much anyone that likes chocolate You can play around and add some rum too if you want to or a touch of peppermint extract These always look gorgeous and the kids can do it pretty much on their own
