Make sure the coconut is cooled down before taking it of the greased paper.
- 2cups Sugar
- 4 Egg whites
- 2 Teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 4 cups Shredded coconut
- Beat sugar , egg white, and vanilla sugar together until white and fluffy
- Mix in the dry ingredient together with the mixture. Mix well.
- Roll into balls and place them onto grease proof paper and into a oven 200 c Until golden brown. Take out and cool down on a tray .
