You can also cook the corn first, if you prefer.


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 Fresh sweet corn
  • 1 cup Water

Method

  1. Remove the corn kernels. Puree in a blender with about 1 cup of water. Chill and enjoy fresh corn juice.

  • How interesting! I can’t imagine what it would taste like in my head because I’m so used to just eating it.

  • I had to read this twice, never heard of it. Not sure if I would like it either but I can’t comment on that unless I try it and I will give it a go :)
